In Carro, on the Ligurian hills a few kilometres from the Cinque Terre in her perfectly restored country farmhouse, Hilda Ferry holds full-immersion courses for professionals, university students and adults who want to improve their knowledge of the English language. Each course is structured around individual objectives – to improve conversation, to prepare for an important meeting, to pass a test – and includes hours of teaching and other activities, always in English, to discover the landscapes and local culture… or even the Irish cuisine!

Individual lessons ( for small groups of friends/colleagues) calibrated on the needs and level of each person, in a natural context of great beauty.

Hospitality

The hospitality includes accommodation in a large double bedroom overlooking the woods, with bathroom and independent entrance, the use of outdoor spaces and possibly the exclusive availability of a large room (with kitchen) that can also be used for those who may need to work remotely. The house is also equipped with a second independent double bedroom with own bathroom and separate entrance.

    Hilda offre un’accoglienza calda e allegra in vero stile Irlanda! Non cercavo un noioso corso di grammatica ma un’immersione nella lingua che mi facesse fare “un salto” dal mio inglese scolastico. Hilda ha mille interessi e con lei si può spaziare tra gli argomenti più diversi. Tre giorni sono volati. Tornerò di sicuro.
